米拉拉，從前我們認識的名字是林慧玲，一個玩音樂、玩劇場、玩舞蹈、玩跨界的全方位才女，也是個愛畫畫、愛攝影、愛動物、愛幻想的鄰家大女孩。

19歲那年，從歌謠大賽屢次獲獎而開始創作生涯的她，在發跡後逐漸轉至幕後。曾為許多知名歌手擔任編曲及寫歌，如堂娜、孟庭葦、秀蘭瑪雅…等等，編曲如蔡振南的《空笑夢》、蘇芮的《花若離枝》等也是出自她手。有著豐富劇場與影像配樂經驗的米拉，是名舞蹈家羅曼菲、古名伸鍾愛的首席劇場配樂家，也曾擔任許多電影、電視劇的配樂，並與影舞集合作出版《@夢not a love story》原聲帶。那些充滿故事性、畫面感，華美深沉而又輕柔婉約的絕美旋律，每每深獲導演們的喜愛，也擄獲廣泛樂迷的心。當她在現場彈琴演奏的時候，身上自然流露的真情與魅力常被許多愛樂者稱之為「即興鋼琴創作女王」。她多彩如虹的歌聲同樣出色，感性、浪漫而帶著空氣感的獨特聲音，充滿真摯的情感總能觸動內心的某處角落。⋯⋯

創作許多扣人心弦音樂作品的全方位才女的她，並曾以《收藏－林慧玲的音樂情詩》入圍2005年第十六屆金曲獎「最佳流行音樂演奏專輯」獎。除了個人音樂創作之外，喜歡動物的她也收養了許多流浪貓狗，對貓狗的喜愛促成2006年《三狗組》專輯的出版。2009年以米拉拉為名出版個人首張音樂詩畫專輯《遇見米拉拉》。2010年1月發行與香氛品牌荷柏園合作音樂專輯《香味天使》。2011年5月發行個人華語演唱專輯《紅裙子》，由風潮音樂出版發行。

Mira Lin is a woman of all-around talent, involved in music, drama, dance and cross-genre endeavors, and she is a girl next door who loves painting, animals and daydreaming.

When she was nineteen, she won prizes at multiple folk song contests and began composing, and has since become involved in production, arranging, and soundtrack work. With substantial experience in soundtrack⋯⋯s for drama and visual productions, her soundtrack work has been treasured by famous dancers Lo Man-fei and Ku Ming-shen, and she has also been responsible for many movie and television soundtracks. Her picture-painting, gorgeous and deep yet gentle and subdued melodies are loved by directors and have captivated a wide-range of music fans. Not at all inferior to her soundtrack composing ability is her singing voice, a unique sound full of sensibility and romance. Brimming with sincere emotion, it can touch the innermost parts of the heart.
